At NOHOW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
